NOTICE is hereby given that- every Householder and Occupier of other Premises within the Borough must procure a properly constructed RUBBISH PAN, such Pan to be of iron, and have a rainproof lid, such Pan shall be capable of being easily carried by one Man, and shall be placed in such a position as at all times to afford easy means of access for removal of contents thereof.
