TEHERAN, Dec. 21

Airi ed .Dowleh shelled Tabriz, killing and wounding one hundred Nationalists. The latter’s horsemen then sortied, covered->by artillery, routing and pursuing the Shah’s troops thirteen miles. Twelve guns and quantities of provisions and ammunition were captured. The casualties on both sides numbered 2000. The. Nationalists’ dead included 67 women in male attire.
