A Avoll-informed Berlin correspondent of the “Hamburger’ Naelirichten” says that the Kaiser confined liis aproval to the military passages of the recent neAVspaper article, and did not read the political part. He approved of Generals Schlieffen’s and Van der Golz’s theory that lines in skirmishing order and of little depth were alone of practical use in a modern battlefield.
