Dickens and myself have received" instructions to proceed to new ■ fields of labor across the sea, the locality being that of Richmond, Melbourne. Before taking our departure from our present command at Gisborne, wo wish through the medium of tho press, which lias been the means to a great extent of keeping our work continually before tho public notice, to thank the Editor 01111 s*iaff.of Hu's paper and the general public for their continued sympathy, practical assistance, and kindly expressions of goodwill, trusting the same will he extended towards our successors in the persons of Adjutant and- Mrs. Melkslia 111 , —To urs faitlifully.
