BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA. AUSTRIAN OFFER OF COMPENSATION. (Received Jan. 11, 11.17 p.m.) Constantinople; Jan. 11. The Turkish Grand Vizier is impressed with Austria’s offer to pay two and ~it half million pounds compensation for the old State domains in Bosnia and Herzegovina, besides consenting to the Turkish Customs being increased to 15 per cent. The domains consist chiefly of five million acres of forest land, also mines for salt, brown coal, copper, tin, quicksilver, and sulphur. ■,
