Forty delegates from different countries are present. (Received Jan. 13, 10.30 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 13. Tho Aeronautical Conference decided to found prizes totalling £48,000 for aviation competition, and appointed a committee to discuss with tlie various Governments the regulation of traffic of aerial navigation.
