Counsel for the combined Barrier unions applied to Justice Higgins for a rule nisi to restrain the Proprietary Company from continuing ihc lockout until tlie matter comes before the Federal Arbitration Court. Justice Higgins Avas not satisfied that a case for an injunction had been made out as tho Proprietary Company might, apart from the industrial dispute, ho closing doAvn for business reasons. He granted a rule nisi, returnable on January .22nd, in order to give the company a chance of showing cause.
