TREASON IN GERMANY.
A FEMALE TRAITOR. SENTENCED FOR ESPIONAGE. United Press Association. Copyright BERLIN,, Jan. 15. Fraulein Petersen, a governess in a German naval family, and an accomplice of Dietrich, has been sentenced to four years for treason at Leipzig. The espionage is supposed to have been in the service of France. Dietrich was sentenced to five years on a charge of plotting to reveal to France the secret of German smokeless powder. :
