Welcome, scow. Sonorita, barquentine. Kaikoura, s.s., in the Bay. Loading operations were being carried out on board the N.Z. Shipping Co.’s -KaikouUi in the Bay yesterday. It is expected that the vessel will he loaded and ready to sail for south this evening. Messrs Richardson and Co.’s Fanny and AA’eka are both expected to arrive from Napier, this morning with general cargo -for this port. The schooner Awanui. sails either to-night or to-morrow morning for the Coast, to load wool for transhipment at this port. The U.S.iS. Co.’s Squall was due to leave Auckland yesterday afternoon on lier weekly run to Tologa Bay. and Auckland. The U.S.S. Co.'s Flora is timed to leave Auckland this evening -with general cargo lor Coast ports, Gisborne,. and Nilpier. The AYestport Coal Co.’s Regains is due to arrive from AYestport on Friday with a full cargo of coal forth e local branch of the company. The U.S.S. Co.’s Talune is due from south to-morrow morning, anil sails later for Auckland. She replaces the s.s. Waikare on this trip, as the latter is at present engaged in the annual excursion to the Sounds. The U.S.iS. Co.’s Manuka arrives to-morrow afternoon from Auckland and .Svdney, and continues her voyage south at night, Owing to the theatrical entertainment in the theatre, she will he delayed in her departure, and a late launch for the •members of the company will leave the wharf shortly after the conclusion of the performance. The Shaw. Swill and Albion Co.’s ■Rangatira is due here next Monday to load approximately 20,000 carcases of mutton and 200 codes of tallow. It is probable she will sail from Gisborne direct for London. The company’s Tvaramea iis also due here on Friday. January 29th, to load about 20,000 carcases of mutton. BY TELEGRAPH.
