The Inter-State conference of swimming delegates is being hold. The New Zealand Association cabled regretting that it- could not be represented at the conference. It was decided to omit -New Zealand from the agreement to be formed. In the event of New Zealand applying hater to join, the Dominion will be treated as a new party to the agreement.
