A credit balance of £80,718 was reported in connection with the Teachers' Superannuation Fund at to-day’s meeting of the Board, when the Hon. Dr. Findlay presided. Six retiring contributors, one retiring liecause medically unfit, wore .granted pensions; while three pensions to widows of deceased pensioners and three to widows of deceased contributors were also authorised. The receipts for the quarter ended December 31st amounted to £8493, making a total of £83,084 for the year, and refunds and allowances, amounting to £2366 for the quarter, left a balance as already stated.
