HE VENTURES TO DIFFER FROM K FIR HAKDIE. United Press Association Copyright NEW YORK, Jan. 19. President Roosevelt, in a speech at the Diamond Jubilee of the African Methodist Episcopal Church, eulogised the work of Europeans and Americans in Australasia, Africa. Egypt, Java, and Philippines, and the lasting benefits .conferred on the native races. He concluded by paying a remarkable tribute to Britain’s'beneficent rule in India.
