At a meeting of the Otago Boilermakers’ Union, the allegations concerning the Government stroke methods at Addington workshops were discussed. It.was stated that boilermakers’ work was being done by laborers at Hence tlie work was cheaper there than at Addington. The Minister for Railways will be asked to make a full inquiry as to the allegations concerning Hillside.
