The “Times’ ” San Francisco corroispoiident anticipates' that Bills 43 and 34 will be postponed for a week, on account of the feeling ill the Legislature and among the responsible public and press against the legislation. The Governor will probably veto the Bills in the almost impossible event of their passing.
