ARBITRATION COURT PROCEEDINGS. [Press Association.] DUNEDIN, Fob. 4. The Arbitration Court was asked to-day to decide an appeal by John Wilson against the decision of Mr. McEimis, S.M.. in a case under the provisions of tho Workers’ Compensation. for Accidents Act, 1809, in which John Henry Merryn claimed to recover from Wilson £2OO as compensation for injury sustained by being frost-bitten whilst snowrakiug on the appellant’s farm at Lauder on July Ilth. The Magistrate decided that the injury sustained was an accident, and awarded £l5O compensation. Tho appeal was based on the, ground that the injury sustained was not an'accident. The Court reserved its decision.
