[Press Association.l WELLINGTON, Fob. 3. Augustus Bagganlay -appeared at the Police morning on a charge of usinig f ”behavior whereby' a breach of the peace jwas occasioned. The evidence showed that accused lived with his wife lat Carterton. Owing to a difference, his wife came to Wellington. Accused followed, and apMi'her in Sydney ieysHy her brother and sister. Her brother threatened to strike Baggarflay, latter drew a loaded revolver and threatened to shoot him and take his own life. -Counsel -for accused said the dispute _ had (been fixed up, and the parties intended to live together again. A fine of 20s -was imposeod, and accused was hound over to keep the peace towards his brother-in-law for six months.
