At 11.30 a.m. to-day Messrs Miller and Craig will offer at public auction on the premises- of Mr, Jas. McKee, <»rocer, his entire in'■lots ,to suit purchasers, and on cash terms. Mr. C. Taylor, auctioneer, of the Lowe*Street auction mart, has a business announcement in this issue, in which it is intimated that he intends to reduce the commission of all sales conducted by him in future from 10 per 'cent to 7-J per cent, and to o per cent for all sales,aggregating £2O and ' upwards. ■ Having a practical experience of the furniture trade, Mr., Taylor gives his clients gratis a valuation of effects to he submitted to auction. He is a cash buyer of fowls, eggs, and produce in any quantity, and produce sales are held regularly at the Mart every Saturday morning.
