Edwin’s weather forecast to 3 p.m. to-day:— Moderate to strong northerly winds northward of East Cape and Raglaiv; strong westerly winds thence south,ward to Kaikoura and Hokitika ; and . strong southerly winds elsewhere. Main is probable south of Napier and , New Plymouth, and rising .barometer V * o-enerally. There are indications of a considerable fall in temperature.
