THE AUCKLAND BOARD. [Pbebs Association.] AUCKLAND, Feb. 9. The new Auckland Harbor Board consists of the Hon. E. Mitchelson and. Messrs. H. D. Heather, J.. H. Giinsou, J. J. Craig, H< M. Smeeton, W. E. A. J. Eutrican, A. Keys, G. W. Haslet, J. B. MeFarlane, W. J. Napier, J. K. Knecn, and Captain McKenzie. Of these Messrs. Gun son, Craig, and Smeeton are new members. NEW PLYMOUTH ELECTION. [Press Association.] NEW PLYMOUTH, Feb. 9. At the Harbor Board election yesterday, Messrs. Marx and Thomson, sitting members, were defeated by Wilkinson and McCluggage. Ylr Thomson was the only opponent on the old Board to the improvement scheme. Tho new. members both favor a progressive policy. LYTTELTON BOARD. ASHBURTON, Feb. 9. The County Council .appointed Mr. John Lambio representative on the Lyttelton Harbor Board. The Borough Council appointed Mr. Hugo Friedlande-r. Both representatives are opponents of the Canal scheme.
