RESOLUTION OF NAPIER GHAMf BER OF COMMERCE. ‘ [Press Association.] y NAPIER, Feb. Ilk/ Tlie Chamber of Commerce discussed the East Coast railway question, and adopted the following resolution “That the members for the district be requested to urge on the Minister for Public Works the importance of completing the survey of the railway route to Poverty Bay during‘this summer, in terms of tho promise made to Mr. A. L. D. Fraser during the last session of Parliament, and to the Chamber by the -Hon. Hall-Jones on August 29th last.”
