L The following is Captain Edwin’s W weather forecast to 3 p.m. to-day : Easterly winds strong to gale are pro•jjfctlo north of East Cape, Taupo, and Raglan, with falling barometer and rain. Southerly moderate to strong winds elsewhere, but changing to strong northerly winds after 16 hours. Little movement of barometer until then, but falling afterwards. Weather unsettled. :
