The Finance Bill Commission of the Reichstag, by 14 to 13 votes, despite tho Treasury appeals, has withdrawn the exemption of taxation from the Kaiser and members of other reigning houses. Rulers will henceforth pay all taxes, including income tax and inheritance duties.
