The Shah’s troops are hurrying to Resht. The Persian Nationalists have circularised the Legations, stating that they do not recognise loans made to the Sha h’s G overn men t. The insurrection is deriving grea£\ support Irom Persians in Constantinople, who are looking for a repetition of Turkey’s constitutional victory in Persia.
