THE PROJECTED IXQVIHY
[Tress Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, Feb. 18. The Hon. -J. A. Millar, Minister of Railways, informed a "Truth”, reporter this morning that everything was ready for the opening of the inquiry into the allegations concerning the Addington workshops. The inquiry, he said, would bo opened •‘very shortly.” He was not yet prepared to state who were the Commissioners appointed to conduct the inquiry.
