A WELL-KNOWN -SPORTSMAN. United Press Association. Copyright LONDON, Feb. 20. Many racing . engagements have been rendered void owing to the death of Douglas Bai-rd, the well-known sportsman. [Mr Douglas Baird was a member of the English Jockey Club since 1887.] DIRECTOR OF IMPERIAL TOBACCO CO. Sir Frederick Wills, director of the Imperial Tobacco Company, is dead. [Sir Frodcick Wills was created a baronet in 1897, and was M.P. for North Bristol from 1900 to 1906.]
