After a seventy days’ trial, the examination of 150 native, witnesses,, and the. incurring of expenses of prosecution* ’amounting to £IO,OOO, Dinizulu has been found guilty of-shelter-ing Bambaata, Nangati, and other rebels, but not guilty of inciting-to rebellion. He was sentenced to fopr years’ imprisonment dating from bis arrest and fined £lO (■ ) ■
