Mr. Willott’s Daylight Bill., to advance the clock an hour in April and xt it back in September, is increasingly supported in business circles, ’he Labor members oposed the second .-ending. Messrs Winston Churchill ind Lloyd-George supported it. The Government was neutral. The second reading was carried by 130 to 94. aho ninority was composed mostly of agricultural members.
