A large black Ottoman hat is trimmed with a swathe and bow of cinnamon Messaline. Space forbids any further mention of our lovely hats. They are chiefly in the Empire style, with round fronts, trimmed with braids and relieved by effective colored frentsOther fash : onable styles come in three-quarter length tight-fitting tailor-mades, while the short hip and Norfolk coats a>-e still in vogue.
