WAIKOHU COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE is hereby given that Mr. ROBT. THELWALL has been tappointed REGISRAR OF DOGS lor the County of Waikohu. The Fees for the Registration of Dogs .are:— . - Sheep and Cattle Dogs, 2s 6d each. All other Dogs, 5s each. IN pursuance and exercise of the Powers vested in it in that behalf by the “Local Bodies’ ' Loans Act, 1908,” the Waiapu County Council hereby resolves as follows: “That for the purpose of constructing a Traffic Bridge over the Mata. River at Puateroku, a loan of £2OOO is authorised to be raised under the provisions of the “Local Bodies Loans Act,, 1908,” over the Mata Special District as defined 1 in the Schedule hereto; such loan to be for a period of thirty-two years at four per cent, per annum. The interest and other charges on the loan being provided by a Special Rate of one-third of a penny in the pound (£) on the rateable value of all rateable property within the said District..
