Protests to be lodged with the Secretary in writing within 15 minutes after the disputed event-, accompanied by a deposit of £2 —such deposit to be forfeited if the protest; be not sustained, 4. No nomination or acceptance will be entertained unless accompanied by necessary fees. 6. All races to be run under Metropolitan rules. 7. Committee’s decision to be final. 8.
