Protests to be lodged with the Secretary in writing within' 15 lamutos after the disputed event, accompanied by a deposit of £2 —suen deposit to be forfeited if the protest be not sustained. 4. No nomination or acceptance will be entertained unless accompanied by necessary fees. 6. 'All races to be run under Metropolitan rules. 7. Committee’s decision to be final. 8.
