One cannot think without a sigh of the number of happy homes in this sunny land which arc plunged into mourning day by day through the dc.ceasc of some relative who might now be alive and well hacl -the necessary measures to prevent disease been adopted in time. Dealing with the question of the best agents to employ in preventing disease, we cannot do better than quote from the pronouncement of the Whitehall Review (London) of April, 1907, on the subject:— “Wo have gone into this matter closely, with the assistance of many gentleivf'A able to weigh the evidence on this important matter. The result-is omphatically in favour of “Korol.” Nothing we are able to -assert that has been said on behalf of this remarkable preparation has been a wh.it too strong in view of the facts adduced to demonstrate its unique value. To the classes represented in this journal—naval and military tnen, club men, and others — this matter is of paramount importance. In barracks, in stables, in clubs, in hospitals, infirmaries, and other public 'institutions', and in private houses, the value of a supply of a thoroughly reliable disinfectant cannot be overestimated.” Messrs Dalgety and Company.
