The members of the House of Commons Navy Committee, inc-uding Liberal Imperialists and Conservatives, have resolved that seven Dreadnoughts are necessary in the coming year, another to be added if found necessary, and that the postponement o? the building of four would place an undue strain on the 1910-1911 programme.

The Reduction of Armament Com--4 mittec resolved that any incioaso in the Navy Estimates is inexpedient.
