ROAD RACE. 'Tin’s afternoon will see the eommeneeSut of a series of cvolc races jrom To raka to Tva iterate hi and back, a distance of about 12 miles. The races are for youths under 20,. who reside in the Te Karaka district. Mr. A. M. Lewis has kindly donated two medals, one for the winner of each race. The first two to finish in each heat, and the makers of the fastest time recorded will compete in a fortnight’s time for a handsome silver cup, also given by Mr. A. M. Lewis.
