IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the “Local Bodies Loans Act, ISOS," the Waiapu County Council hereby resolves as follows: “That for the purpose of constructing a Traffic Bridge over the Mata River at Puateroku, a loan of £2OOO is authorised to be raised under the provisions of the “Local Bodies; Loans Act-, 1908," over the Mata Special District as defined in the schedule thereto, such loan to be for a period of thirty-two years at four per centum per annum. The interest and other charges on the loan being provided by a' special rate of onethird of a penny iii the pound (£) on the rateable value :pf all rateable property within the said district.
