DEBT CASES. Judgment u r as entered for plaintiff in each of tlie following cases:—David E. Dustin (Mr Stock) v. William Owen, £6 14s 2d, and costs, £1 3s 6d ; W. Ardern (Mr Blair) v. "W. Drown. £3 ss, and costs, 18s 6d ; same, v. Noble Ranguia, £7 2s 6d, and costs, 25s 6d; and Murray and Crompton (Mr Nolan) v. Walter J. H. Warner, £6 Os Id, and costs, £2 3s. JUDGMENT CASES. James hi‘Far lane (Mr Blair) applied for an order against Euetara Whaitiri for £8 14s. The order was issued, defendant to pay forthwith, in default nine days imprisonment. A. IT. Gilman (Mr Blair) v. Tuhoro Taialiuliu, claim for £3 12s 9d. The defendant was ordered to pay forthwith, in default, four days’ imprisonment. DEFENDED CASES. William Douglas Bruce (Mr Blair) sued ITirini Pinuaha for £2l 6s Bd. The deefndant said he had paid £lO off the aipount and asked Mr Blair for an adjournment to allow him (the defendant) time to pay the balance. The application was granted.
