SPECIAL ORDER, (Made on the 24th day of February, 1909, to be confirmed on the 31st day of March, 1909.) IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vestedfin it in that behalf by the “Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908," the Waiapu County Council hereby resolves as follows: ' “That for'the purpose of constructing a Traffic Bridge over the Mata River at Puateroku, a loan of £2OOO is authorised to be raised under the provisions of the “Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908, over the Mata Special District as defined in the schedule thereto, such loan to be for a period of thirty-two years at four per centum per annum. The interest and other charges on the loan being provided by a special rate of onethird of a peihiy 'in the pound (£) on the rateable value of all rateable property within the said district.
