VESSELS IN PORT.

The U.S.S. Co.’s Whangape left the May at noon yesterday with *3260 sheep for Lyttelton. After discharging at Lyttelton' the steamer will return to Naiper to load sheep for the same port. The U.S.S. Co.’s Squall arrived from Auckland at 6 a.m. yesterday, and after discharging cargo, left at 5 p.m. for Tologa. After discharging at Tologa, ■the steamer goes on to Limestone Island to load 250 tons of cement for -transhipment to the Monowai. -The TJ.tS.S. Co.’s Monowai left Wellington yesterday and will arrive in Napier this morning. _ She is due here early to-morrow morning, and will continue her voyage to Auckland after landing and embarking passengers. Present arrangements are that the Tuatea will tender the steamer at 6 a.m., and again at 10 a.m. .• It was intended that the Maheno should take up the running ; on the East Coast- Auckland-Sydney service, but the Maheno will leave Wellington for Sydney on Friday next, and other arrangements will he made by the Lmon oomI TJ.S.S. Co.’s Flora, which left Auckland on Sunday, is working: the Coastal ports. _ The steamer is expected to arrive at Gisborne at the end of the ' week, and after discharging will leave for Napier and Wellington. _ The Huddart-Parker steamer Victoria, from Auckland and Sydney, will arrive in the Bay to-morrow. The vessel will be tendered by tlie iuatea en arrival, and again at 7 p.m. , The Shaw, Savill and Albion Co. s Kumar a has almost loading, and is expected to sail for Napiei at daylight this morning. , The Maheno arrived at the Bluit from Melbourne and Hobart at 8 a.m. yestciday, with an English mail aboaicl. ■ The Corintliic arrived at Wellington from Hobart and Lftndon at 7 a.m. yesTramp arrived from Opotiki at 6 p.m. yesterday, with about 6GOO posts. ~ The Pelotas will cross over to the Gisborne wharf from the Kaiti side this unorninpr to continue discharging.
