N pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the “Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908," the Waiapu County Council hereby resolves as follows :- .f . - “That for the purpose of constructing a Traffic Bridge over the Mata River at Puateroku, a loan of'£2ooo is authorised, to be raised under the provisions of the “Local Bodies Loans. Act, 1908," over the Mata Special District as defined in tlie schedule, thereto, such loan to be for a period of thirty-two years at four'per centum per annum.
