It is understood that Sir Edward Grey is preparing fresh proposals. Meanwhile Baron Aeiierenthal withholds what is almost an ultimatum to Servia. - LONDON, March 25. Renter’s Belgrade correspondent reports that the Government has announced that Servia will unreservedly follow the advice of the Powers.
