The newspaper “Frc-radenbJatt” says, “The Powers wish the threatening con-flic-e to be momentarily averted. We -wish it -permanently removed. The Servian question requires, radical treatment, and must get out of the world forthwith and for ever.” This semi-official comment refers to the exceedingly gravedeadlock due to Baron Aehrenthal objecting to the terms of 6’ir Edward Grey’s proposed formula, which would enable Servia to satisfy all Austria’s substantive demands, and smooth the way lor a conference. It is understood that Sir Edward Grey is preparing fresh proposals. Meanwhile Baron Aeiierenthal withholds what is almost an ultimatum to Servia. - LONDON, March 25. Renter’s Belgrade correspondent reports that the Government has announced that Servia will unreservedly follow the advice of the Powers.
