All protests must be lodged with the ecretary, in writing, within ten mintes 'after the disputed event, accornanied by a denosit of 10s; such deposit > be forfeited should the protest not e sustained. The Committee’s decision to be final a all points. Every competitor takig part in any event, other than the pen events, must be a bona-fide emioyee of either freezing works to the itisfiaction of the committee.
