Entrance fee for post entries will be forwarded to the secretaries half an hour before the start of each event. 7. Protests must be lodged with the secretary, in writing, within ten minutes after the disputed event, accompanied by a deposit of £1; such deposit to be forfeited should the protest not he sustained. . . . 8. The committee’s decision,is final on all points. , . 9. Any jockey not obeying the starter’s orders at time of starting will be fined. 10. Bookmakers’ fee, £2 2s. 11. Jockey’s license, ss. 12.
