We hope his imrcent is an indication that the presence clause is to be included in every vard. The Arbitration Court must e, of course, that there are no undue f-trictions placed upon members, of lions, and that admission to unions is ranted under reasonable conditions, jt so. long as these, precautions are tarn, preference to unionists will be bejfieial to both employers and workers. -“Lyttelton Times.”
