RULES ANb REGULATIONS’ All protests must be lodged with the Secretary, in writing, within ten minutes after the disputed event, accompanied by a deposit of 10s *, such deposit to be forfeited should the protest not be sustained. , A The-Committee’s decision to be nnai on all points.
