RULES A XT) REGULATIONS. All protests must be lodged with. the Secretary, in -writing, within ten minutes after the disputed event, accompanied by a deposit of 10s; snch deposit to be forfeited should the protest not be sustained. . The Committee’s decision to be final on all points. Every competitor taking part in any event, other than the open events, must be a bona-fide employee of either freezing works to the satisfaction of the committee. All competitors must compete at their own risk, and the Committee will not be responsible for any accident that may occur on the ground during the progress of the sports. A SPECIAL TRAIN wil leave town A at 10.15 a.in. for the sports ground. The CITY BAND will be in attendance. HOT WATER and MILK will be supplied free.
