BY DINIZULU’S ORDER. THE MURDERER. SENTENCED TO DEATH. United Press Association— Copyright DURBAN, April 9. A 'special Court at Maritxlmrg sentenced a native named Matiane to death for murdering Gence, a native doctor, and an accomplice named Niiji to two years’ servitude. The presiding judge emphasised the fact that the prisoners declared that Diniznlu had ordered +hc murder. This statement afforded the only intelligible motive for the crime.
