There is a strong Castro movement in the Orinioco district of Venezuela. It is stated that ex-President Castro promised his adherents one-half of his fortune in case of a successful revolution, and freighted four steamers at Antwerp to land arms and ammunition -at the point where their arrival is secretly awaited.
