WELLINGTON, April IN The Marino Department is advised that tilio captain of the Cygnet, which narrowly escaped capsizing at Aka ton oil Monday, was cautioned against overloading his vessel. If the Department finds there has. been a breach of the regulations action will be taken. I'Tho Cygnet was alleged to he carrying 600 passengers. She is a steamer of 124 tons gross.]
