MR. CARSON’S REPORT ON NEW ZEALAND. UNSATISFACTORY TO WESTRALIAN ALLIANCE. 'United Press Association —Copyright (Received April 19, 11.50 p.m.) PERTH, April 19. The annual meeting of the Westralian Alliance adopted a report of the secretary and condemned the report of Mr. Carson, special commissioner, bn tlu> grounds that ho did non in con iew tho heads of the temperance party in New Zealand. Mr. Carson, in a letter to the press, stated that he discussed, the liquor question at considerable length with the Rev. 'F, \V. Isitt, secretary of the New Zealand Alliance, while the only person connected with tho liquor trade- he interviewed was Mr. Williams, societaly ,of th-o Licensed 'Victuallers.
