SAN FRANCISCO, April 19

A wooden building used as a boarding house at. San Francisco during rebuilding operations, and accommodating 300 laborers, was destroyed by fire. Two hundred of the occupants leapt from the windows in their night attire. Fifty were burnt, and many had broken limbs.
